This workshop is designed for anyone wanting to learn how to build and manage their own Squarespace website. Whether you need a new website for a new idea or would like to know how to better control your existing Squarespace website, this workshop will show you how. At the end of this workshop you will have a solid five page website to share with the world.
Things beyond the scope of this class:
This is a beginner level course, and does not cover more involved topics such as e-commerce, working with large amounts of images and content, advanced/specialized Squarespace modules and integrations such as email marketing, SEO, social integrations, or APIs.
About Your Instructor
Alex Ignacio has been working with online media for over 10 years. His clients include The Georgia O'Keeffe Museum, Whole Foods, The Essential Guide, The Magazine, Santa Fe Dining, and numerous others. Alex’s photographs have been published in The New York Times Style Magazine and FWx, the online magazine of Food & Wine.
Alex is also a recognized Squarespace Circle Developer who has been designing websites using Squarespace for over 12 years.

About The Space
Rebel Media and The Magazine share a spacious, bright, and vibrant two-story studio. We host art exhibitions as well as classes, workshops, and social events.
For our workshops and classes, we create space for a projector along with tables and chairs. We also have excellent wifi.
